Abstract
The West Sussex County Council has been using various computer applications for a number of years. Under the direction of Bernard Peters, the County Architect, the Department of Architecture has been accelerating the evolution of computer techniques to assist the designer and his colleagues in the building team since it first produced a bill of quantities programme about two years ago.
