Elena Lazareva – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honorary Worker of Education of the Russian Federation, Head of the Innovation and International Management Department, Head of the research and education center «Intellectually-analytical technologies in economy and management of innovations», Faculty of Management, Southern Federal University (SFU), Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Official representative SFU in the Club of Russian Federation innovative and technological development subjects and in the Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region. Founder of the scientific school «Management of sustainable and innovative development of economic systems in the context of digital transformation", within which a unique information- analytical model to support decision-making on the human capital reproduction in the VUCA-world was created. Significant research projects: Fundamental grant RFBR «Coordination of public-private interests in the management of the regional sustainable development based on economic-mathematical modeling», Grant UNESCO «Vision of sustainable development of the Volga basin and the Caspian sea», Grant OECD «Improving the economic mechanism of environmental management in the region (on the example of Rostov region)», SFU grant «Models of ecological orientation of public-private strategies for investing human capital in an innovative economy». She is a diploma winner (1st degree) of the International Scientific Conference on Social Sciences and Arts SGEM 2018 (Varna, Bulgaria 2018) and of the SFU «The Best Research Paper», the author of more than 300 scientific publications, including in highly rated journals like Sustainability (Switzerland), Advances in Systems Science and Applications, etc. Research interests: innovation management, international management and business, human resource management, smart and sustainable management in the digital environment, models and methods for managerial decision-making, environmental and reputation management, the estimation of innovative potential of socio-economic systems.

 

Baiba Rivza – Latvian politician and statesman, economist, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician (1999), member of the Latvian Academy of Sciences (since 1995), president of Latvian Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences (since 1999), Corresponding Member of VASKhNIL (since 1991; foreign member of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (1992), foreign member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2014)), foreign member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (2017). Member of the Council of Europe for Education and Science (since 1998), Corresponding Member of the Italian Geographical Academy (since 2002) and the Northern Association of Agricultural Scientists.

Anton Murzin – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department ofManagement of the Development of Spatial-Economic Systems, Faculty of Management, Southern Federal University (SFU), Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Active member (academician) of the Russian Municipal Academy, Moscow. Active member (academician) of the Russian Ecological Academy, Moscow. Member of the New Economic Association, Moscow. Specialist in the field of risk management, management of sustainable development of territories, modeling of organizational and economic systems. Representative of the scientific school "Management of sustainable development of active systems", within which a unique model was created to coordinate the interests of active agents of territorial development, taking into account socio-ecological and economic risks. The applied software products and databases developed as part of teams of authors are registered with the Federal Institute of Industrial Property and introduced into the practice of government bodies and a number of business entities. The author's monograph "Management of Urban Development Risks of Innovative Development of Large City Territories" was awarded a diploma of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific book. He is a diploma winner of the competition for the best scientific book and a laureate of the competition for the best scientific article, the author of more than 250 scientific and educational publications, with a total volume of over 75 printed sheets, including several monographs and certificates of state registration of software products and databases on scientific topics management of urban development risks. Scientific interests: management of the integrated development of urbanized (urban) territories, development of the region's innovative potential, risk management and environmental risk management, environmental economics.
