About the authors
Xuemin Wu obtained her doctorate from Ocean University of China in 2013. She worked at Qingdao Port from 2013 to 2019 as a senior engineer. She spent three years at post-doctoral research station of Ocean University of China from 2014 to 2017. She has been at Qingdao Agricultural University since 2019 as an associate professor of civil engineering. Among her current interests are the dynamic response of marine structures including offshore platforms, marine risers and foundation of offshore wind turbine, the dynamic analysis of building structure, the industrial modular design and modular shipping.
Liu Juan obtained her Master's degree in offshore engineering in 2003. She has been working at Qingdao Agricultural University since 2003 and obtained her doctorate in ocean engineering at Ocean University of China in 2013. During her PhD study and current working, she has been engaged in the research of ocean engineering, dynamic model and characteristics of deepwater riser.
Xinglan Bai obtained her doctorate from Ocean University of China in 2009. She was at the School of Engineering, Ocean University of China, from 2003 to 2009. She works at the School of Naval Architecture and Maritime, Zhejiang Ocean University, since 2009. She spent about one year at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 2013 to 2014. She has been at Zhejiang Ocean University since 2017 as a professor ofnaval architecture and ocean engineering. Among her current interests are the dynamic and fatigue analysis of deepwater riser, such as Steel Caternary Riser(SCR) and Top Tensioned Riser(TTR), including the pipe-soil interaction, global analysis of platform-riser-seabed, vortex induced vibration, coupling analysis of platform-mooring-riser, etc.
