About the author

Dr. Sikandar Shaikh (DMRD, DNB, EdiR, MNAMS) is European Board Certified Radiologist. He is working as a consultant PET-CT and radiology at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad, India. He has several peer-reviewed publications and delivered numerous lectures, oral and posters presentations in various international, national, state, regional and university level meetings. Dr Shaikh is the elected Secretary of Indian College of Radiology 2021-2023, President-Elect of ISMRM India Chapter, Indian Ambassador of European Society of Hybrid, Molecular and Translational Imaging (ESHI), Research Committee Member of European Society of Oncoimaging (ESOI), Education Committee Member of World Molecular Imaging Society (WMIS) and ISMRM International, Oncoimaging Committee International - Society of Pediatric Radiology (SPR), Governing Council Member - Society of Emergency Radiology (SER), Ethics Committee Member - IIT Hyderabad, Associate Editor – JMRI (International Journal of MRI) and CCM Telangana State Chapter IRIA.
