Since the opening of the single European market, foreign investors and export companies have become more active in the German market. Conversely, foreign clients would like to know on which criteria their German architects base their fees. The 4th print edition of the bilingual HOAI has been comprehensively updated and revised according to the 6th amendment of the HOAI of 18th August 2009. Part 1 contains the German version of the HOAI, Part 2 its English translation.
The “Appendix to the Decree of the BMVBS - Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development - dated 18th August 2009” is available for download as a book via the OnlinePLUS service.
