About this book

Die Gesellschaft kann nur unter den sehr beschränkten Bedingungen ihrer eigenen Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten auf Umweltprobleme reagieren. Das gilt auch für Umweltprobleme, die sie selbst ausgelöst hat. Ökologische Kommunikation kann sich daher nur nach Maßgabe der wichtigsten Funktionssysteme wie Politik, Recht, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Erziehung, Religion entwickeln - oder im Protest gegen diese Systeme. In beiden Fällen besteht die doppelte Gefahr von zu wenig und zu viel Resonanz.
