About this book

Die Integrierte Projektabwicklung (IPA) ist ein neues Verfahren, um insbesondere große komplexe Bauprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen. In Deutschland noch wenig bekannt, beginnt es sich auch hier zu etablieren. Dieser Schnelleinstieg stellt die IPA und ihren innovativen Denkansatz vor. Dazu gehören eine frühzeitige Einbindung aller wesentlichen Beteiligten, das Prinzip der Einstimmigkeit sowie eine von Respekt und Vertrauen geprägte Projektkultur. Ein neues Vergütungsmodell liefert zusätzlich Anreize zur Kooperation mit dem Ziel, gemeinsam das Beste für das Bauprojekt zu erreichen.

About the authors

Simon Christian Becker studierte Bauingenieurwesen an der TU Darmstadt. Er ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Projektmanagement und Bauwirtschaft an der Universität der Bundeswehr München und Lehrbeauftragter an der Hochschule RheinMain in Wiesbaden. Horst Roman-Müller studierte Bauingenieurwesen an der TU Darmstadt. Er war als Projektleiter bei Großprojekten für die öffentliche und private Hand in Deutschland tätig. Seit 2014 ist er Professor für Projektmanagement und schlüsselfertiges Bauen an der Hochschule RheinMain in Wiesbaden.
