About this book

Der Sammelband thematisiert den demografischen Wandel als Megatrend, der Regionen sehr unterschiedlich und immer wieder neu herausfordert. Wirtschaft und Arbeit sind dabei zentrale Gestaltungsfelder. Das Buch fasst die Ergebnisse eines vom BMBF 2014-2016 geförderten Projektes zusammen, das durch die Zusammenführung von Regional Governance und Transition Management ein innovatives Regionalmanagement entwickelt hat, welches den Akteuren in der Region hilft, den demografischen Wandel zu gestalten.
