About these proceedings

Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 1st International Business Conference on Communications and Networking in China, ChinacomBiz 2008, held in Hongzu, China, in August 2008.

The 11 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 24 submissions. The papers address all current issues on transport networks and infrastructures, video distribution systems and methods and the associated software systems.
