About these proceedings

Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the International Conference on Machine Learning and Intelligent Communications, MLICOM 2016, held in Shanghai, China in August 2016.
The 41 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 47 submissions. The papers are organized thematically: data mining in heterogeneous networks, decentralized learning for wireless communication systems, intelligent cooperative/distributed coding, intelligent cooperative networks, Intelligent massive MIMO, time coded multi-user MIMO System based on three dimensional complementary codes, intelligent positioning and navigation systems, intelligent spectrum allocation schemes, machine learning algorithm & cognitive radio networks, machine learning for multimedia.
