Roy Ascott is the Founding President of the Planetary Collegium, Full Professor of Technoetic Arts at the University of Plymouth, Visiting Professor in Design|Media Arts at UCLA, and Honorary Professor of Thames Valley University, London. He created the Consciousness Reframed annual conferences in 1997.
Gerald Bast studied jurisprudence and economics at Kepler University in Linz, Austria where he graduated with a doctorate in law in 1979. Since 2000, he is Rektor at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, since 2003 speaker of the Rektors Conference of the AusÂtrian Universities of the Arts, and executive board member of the Austrian Rektors Conference.
Wolfgang Fiel studied Architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and obtained his Master in Architectural Design at the Bartlett, University College London. He is Ph.D. candidate at the Planetary Collegium, University of Plymouth/UK, and teaches at the Institute of Art and Design, Vienna University of Technology.
