About the author

Dwight Steward is Principal Economist at EmployStats, an economic and statistics consulting firm in Texas, USA. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Iowa. Steward has provided expert witness testimony on labor market issues in courts across the U.S. for over 20 years and has also been appointed as a labor economist to assist the Court's Special Master by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He also has experience teaching labor market topics at the advanced undergraduate and graduate level at the University of Texas at Austin, USA.
