Reviews

“This book is a must read for supply chain professionals, new comers and disruptors in the industry. It highlights a substantial amount of problems and questions within supply chain as we move into a more digitalized world. There are two ground fundamentals in moving physical goods; money and logistics. This book covers the latter one and for me it is immensely inspiring that the founders that I meet regularly in the ecosystem have shared their thoughts on the current state and what we can expect of the future of logistics.” (Jeppe Høier, Partner, Maersk Growth, Copenhagen, Denmark)

“Supply chains hold significant room for optimization to the benefit of customers, industry participants, authorities and the environment. This book provides a unique set of perspectives from industry leaders covering a wide range of topics. It is a ‘must read’ for anyone seeking to understand and contribute to a better tomorrow in supply chains logistics.” (Thomas Bagge, Chief Executive Officer and Statutory Director, DCSA, Copenhagen, Denmark)

“The need for standardisation and digitalisation in logistics is no longer an option. This book gives insights from industry experts, shows trends and innovations in platforms, underlines the need for transparency and how big data and analytics can make a world of difference. It’s an incredible resource if you wish to better understand the new normal of logistics.” (André Simha, Global Chief Digital & Information Officer, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Geneva, Switzerland)

“This book presents readers with a straightforward and comprehensive assessment of supply chain innovation and trends and their impact on the industry. With contributions from several industry leaders, it provides critical knowledge and insight that supply chain and logistics managers need to implement disruptive technologies strategically.” (René Jacquat, Founder / Advisor, LogiChain Solutions, San Francisco, USA)

“Digital transformation too often fails in logistics. This book is the perfect guide for incumbents on how to leverage technology and lead their companies into the digital age. As in Fightback Now it is a guideline for practitioners in the logistics industry on shaping the New Normal.” (Felix Staeritz, Co-Founder and CEO of FoundersLane, Vienna, Austria)
