About the authors
Author Nick Hanley: Nick Hanley is Professor of Environmental Economics at the University of Stirling, UK. He is also Head of the Economics division. Author Jason F. Shogren: Jason F. Shogren is a Stroock Distinguished Professor of Natural Resource Conservation and Management at the University of Wyoming, USA. Author Ben White: Ben graduated in agriculture from London University in 1981 followed by a PhD from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He went on to hold several lecturing positions at Newcastle University for twenty years before moving to UWA in 2001.
