About this book

The role of the pharmacist is expanding, and increasingly pharmacists are required/expected to play a more interactive role in the delivery of pharmaceutical services. As a consequence, social science is now included in the undergraduate curriculum. This book is written specifically to meet the needs of undergraduates and practising pharmacists, explaining in clear, concise language and diagrams the applications of social science in pharmacy. It is the first textbook available, and the authors are at the forefront of implementing this development in pharmacy training.
