Die Gestaltung logistischer Prozesse ist in der Praxis häufig durch technische Denkweisen und Ziele gekennzeichnet, betriebswirtschaftliche Aspekte werden oft erst spät berücksichtigt. Diese mangelnde Kopplung zwischen technisch-logistischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Planung lässt sich insbesondere in der technologieorientierten Stahlindustrie beobachten. Niklas Labitzke arbeitet die Entscheidungssituation der Prozessgestaltung konzeptionell auf und entwickelt ein neuartiges Verfahren, welches auf der ereignisdiskreten Simulation aufsetzt und eine betriebswirtschaftlich fundierte Bewertung logistischer Prozesse erlaubt.

About the author

Dr. Niklas Labitzke promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Thomas S. Spengler am Institut für Automobilwirtschaft und Industrielle Produktion der Technischen Universität Braunschweig. Er ist im kaufmännischen Bereich eines deutschen Stahlherstellers tätig.
