About these proceedings

Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Workshop on Algorithms in Bioinformatics, WABI 2015, held in Atlanta, GA, USA, in September 2015. The 23 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions.
