Introduction

This book is the proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Quantitative Logic and Soft Computing (QL & SC 2010) from Oct. 22-25, 2010 in Xiamen, China. Only high-quality papers are included. The 2nd International Conference on Quantitative Logic and Soft Computing (QL & SC 2010), built on the success of previous conferences, the QL & QS 2009 (Shanghai, China), is a major symposium for scientists, engineers and practitioners in China to present their updated results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of quantitative logic and soft computing.
