Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Web-Based Learning, ICWL 2015, held in Guangzhou, China, in Noavember 2015.
The 18 revised full papers presented together with 2 invited papers and 7 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from about 79 submissions.
