The original online version of this article was revised: There were six instances where the code output did not match the numbers in the text within the Model Comparisons section. The mistaken entries were: 3.1% instead of 18.7%, 5.0% instead of 27.6%, 16.9% instead of 29.6%, 27.5% instead of 43.9%, 13.8% instead of 10.9% and 22.6% instead of 16.3%.
