Abstract
Old Ss were required to recognize previously presented verbal materials embedded in (1) different and (2) similar materials. It was hypothesized that if recognition scores were “inflated” by partial learning, then scores in Condition 1 should be greater than scores in Condition 2. No differences were observed.
