Abstract
Lasing of an array of 30 single-mode laser diodes with different wavelengths is experimentally investigated in the scheme of spectral beam combining. The maximum lasing power of 7.2 W is obtained in the pulsed mode with the quality of the combined beam close that of a single diode at the total lasing spectrum width of about 40 nm and the spectral component line widths below 0.3 nm.
