Calculating Deformation of Discs of Energy Conversion Machines with the Initial Parameters Method

Abstract

The articles considers calculation of deflections of discs of energy conversion machines based on the principles of the elasticity theory of circular plates using the initial parameter method. It is proposed to replace axial restraint with radial restraint. The basic equations for calculating disc deflections are given.
