Production of Adjustable Slotted Polymer Filter Pipes by Deformational Cutting

  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

The production of slotted polymer pipes with adjustable filtration is considered. Options for the production of slots by deformational cutting in turning and milling are outlined. The equipment and the cutting kinematics are described. Regulation of the width and length of the filtration slots is discussed. The number of rows of filtration slots required is calculated, along with their inclination.
