Efficient Use of Technology Parks

Abstract

The innovation ecosystem is based on constant high-level exchanges between science, industry, and the state. Maximum efficiency calls for access to technology parks, which represent concentrations of advanced ideas, permitting profit extraction. Efficient use of technology parks entails thoughtful cooperation of each economic unit.
