Abstract

The determination of the kinematic and stress state of a workpiece in completely constrained extrusion of unequal channels is considered for plane deformation with misalignment of the punch and matrix. The forces and geometric parameters of the process are determined. Formulas are obtained for the extrusion parameters of unequal channels with a relatively thin horizontal floor.
