Abstract
Automated design of a stirrup for cable manufacturers in the Republic of Mordovia is considered. Theoretical methods (analogy, classification, analysis, and literature analysis) and empirical methods (calculation, modeling) are used. The SolidWorks system permits analysis of the stress–strain state of composite components installed in equipment for cable production.
