Abstract
The efficiency of a new production process is assessed. Principles are outlined for evaluating the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity. The steps in the development and implementation of a financial strategy for the new process are considered. Having assessed the efficiency of the new production process, positive and negative trends in its development may be identified.
