Abrasive Machining by Textolite Laps Using an Iodine Suspension

  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

Abrasive finishing by textolite laps using an abrasive suspension containing iodine crystals is considered. The metal removal from the machined surface is analyzed. The dependence of the final surface quality on the machining force and the lap supply is investigated.
