Abstract
On the basis of plastic flow theory, the determination of the kinematic and stress state of a workpiece in constrained channel extrusion is considered for plane deformation with misalignment of the punch and matrix. The flow rate and stress are determined in the plastic deformation region under the punch and close to the thick channel wall that forms. Formulas are obtained for the extrusion parameters of unequal channels with a thin horizontal floor.
