Abstract

In an era of trade sanctions, operational and production planning is of particular importance. An appropriate approach is considered, along with the selection of a qualified partner. Operational planning in a crisis is discussed. In practice, effective operational and production planning largely determines the economic success of an enterprise with a single type of product. A method is proposed for assessing the financial stability of commercial customers and factors affecting the effectiveness of operational planning. A logistical algorithm for operational production planning is outlined. An adaptive model for the development of a production program is derived.
