Abstract
The heating and cooling processes of components with shape memory in drives—in particular TN‑1 alloy drive components — are analyzed. Wire, plate, and rod elements are investigated by computer modeling, and the associated heat-transfer processes are considered. Cyclic operation of the components is proposed.
