Advanced Design and Machining of Three-flute Drills by Multi-axis Grinding, Laser Ablation and Electroerosion

Abstract

A new system for drill machining, design, and improvement is proposed. The system provides maximum detail for preproduction and ensures feedback between different stages of production. That minimizes the time required to introduce new cutting-tool designs in real economy.
