Abstract
It is of great industrial importance to produce multicomponent mixtures with a high degree of uniformity. The uniformity of the mixture affects the characteristics and external appearance of the final product. Mixers are mainly used in mixture preparation. The pneumatic mixer is a complex system for blending fine dry powders and has not been extensively studied. These devices are fully compliant with environmental and production standards, do not pose health hazards, and match the performance of mechanical mixers. The mixture uniformity and mixing time achieved for fine materials in pneumatic systems are calculated.
