Comprehensive Assessment of Airport Infrastructure Operation

Abstract

Organizations today need new approaches to assessing their activity. Means of assessing the prospects for aviation infrastructure are analyzed. A system of key performance indicators, including quality indices, is investigated. An approach to evaluating the effectiveness of internal business processes permits comprehensive assessment in terms of indices of different importance; comparison of the conditions and results of infrastructure activities; and identification of the causes of negative changes. An integral indicator permits quality assessment of airport processes and comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of internal business processes.
