System for Remote Monitoring of Tractors and Detection of Their Incorrect Operation

  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

A system is developed for remote monitoring of the condition of industrial products (vehicles) and detection of their incorrect operation. This system is analyzed theoretically, and a practical prototype is investigated. This system is intended for use with powerful Russian tractors during and after the warranty period. By this means, objective information may be obtained regarding the state of the product, and timely responses may be made in the event of its incorrect operation, for reasons potentially including human (driver) error.
