Work Standardization at High-Tech Enterprises in the Digital Era

Abstract

Work standardization at Russian high-tech enterprises is considered, in the digital era. The new possibilities created by the digital economy permit increased manufacturing efficiency and complete attainment of management goals thanks to rational use of labor resources, skillful management, and work standardization. In the present work, the development of models for the management of work standardization is analyzed in the context of digitization. The available international literature on this topic is reviewed, and the best available practices are carefully studied. A system is proposed for monitoring work standardization, and a model is derived for the management of work standardization in the digital era.
