Abstract
A mechanism is proposed for assessing the effectiveness of service contract implementation in the aviation industry. In this mechanism, a target function is synthesized for the comparison of two versions of service contract implementation. Specific requirements are also imposed in assessing the effectiveness of contracting services in aviation. A procedure is outlined for assessing the effectiveness of service contracting in aviation.
