Assessing the Economic Effectiveness of Additive Sheet Lamination

  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

Methodological aspects of assessing the economic efficiency of an additive manufacturing technology are discussed; specifically, the production of metal components by additive sheet lamination is considered. A model is proposed for cost calculation in laminated object manufacturing.
