Management of High-Tech Enterprises on the Basis of Innovative Digital Technologies

Abstract

The organization of management at high-tech enterprises during the development of innovative digital technologies is considered. Various aspects of management at Russian high-tech enterprises in a period of digitization are identified, and an innovative algorithm is developed for successful digital transformation of the enterprise. The basic aspects of management in a digital economy are discussed.
