Optimizing the Material Fluxes in Flexible Production Systems with Interchangeable Machining Equipment

  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

The material fluxes in the machining sections of flexible production systems may be optimized by appropriate organization of the equipment, on the basis of simulated annealing and a simplex method for the solution of linear-programming problems.
