  • Published:
Russian Engineering Research Aims and scope

Abstract

A method is proposed for determining the parameters of the cut-layer cross section in oblique turning by a single-edge tool with a curved rear surface. The results are plotted as a function of the supply, the cutting depth, the cutter inclination, and the curvature of the rear surface.
