Rotary drawing of axisymmetric shells with distribution of the deformation zone

Abstract

The production of axisymmetric shells by rotary drawing on conical rollers is proposed, with distribution of the deformation zone over three rollers. This technology reduces the radial deforming forces by 25–30%.
