Harmonic linearization of the static and dynamic hysteresis characteristics of nano piezomotors

Abstract

Static and dynamic hysteresis characteristics of the deformation of nano and micro piezomotors are investigated. Experimental and theoretical characteristics with primary and secondary cycles are presented. The harmonic-linearization coefficients of the characteristics are obtained.
