Abstract
A new approach to the calculation of internal involute couplings in a multiflow structure is formulated. The working coupling and machine-tool coupling are regarded as a unified multidimensional system, with consistent geometric parameters. The output parameters of the synthesis are the radial gaps and the offset ratio. Consequently, this calculation system is versatile and expands the possible range of synthesis, so as to include heavy-duty transmissions.
