Life-extending method of determining the permissible wear of parts

Abstract

A method is proposed for eliminating the major deficiency in the existing method of determining the permissible wear (parameter deviation) of parts in maintenance and repair. In this method, the permissible wear of the parts is established for each period between inspection or maintenance, taking account of the individual wear rates of the parts.
