Abstract

The methods for calculating the coefficient of amplification of the electric field at the edge of the capacitor section covering with various dielectric systems is developed. The dependence of the amplification coefficient on the coefficient of inhomogeneity of the working dielectric and the distance from the edge of the capacitor covering is obtained. The “strong inhomogeneity” boundaries were defined in the working dielectric of the high-voltage pulse capacitor section.
