Abstract
Plasma chemical reactions in an ultra-low-pressure nitrogen-oxygen plasma (p < 10−7 Pa) in crossed electric and magnetic fields are analyzed. A technique for calculating the CVC, which provides the unambiguous determination of the pressure in the gas, is described.
