Abstract

We present the result of studying the dynamic properties of cylindrical magnetic domains (CMDs) in chip elements such as the junctions of generations, the channels of promotions, and reading CMDs. We have identified the features of the nucleation and collapse of single domains in elements of generation and reading. A domaine containing material is an epitaxial ferrite-garnet film (EFGF) of (Y, Sm, Lu, and Ca)3 (Fe, Ga)5 O12 with the following parameters: the collapse field H 0 = 15 Oe, the field elliptical instability H2 = 80, the anisotropy field H a =1200 Oe, the saturation magnetization Ms = 210 Gs, the Curie temperature T c = 410 K, and the film thickness 4.8 μm.
