Abstract
The effect of electrodischarge cavitation on suspensions of starch in water with the purpose to produce a starch size for the textile industry has been considered. The main features of the electrodischarge treatment of starch size have been studied. The advantages of the electrodischarge method of the size preparation are shown in comparison with the conventional ones.
